Unit has two balconies overseeing the bay The property is maintained and managed by Marenas Beach Resort & includes housekeeping every 3 days.

The space
Should you need anything during your stay, please dial 0 from the phone in your room and the property staff will assist you. With the $35+tax daily resort fee to be paid at check-in, guests can enjoy the private pool, beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, 24-hr fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. The property also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property. The hotel charges a $100 per day refundable deposit for incidentals.
